a good reason for laziness…

So I have been bad, and not even a week into having this blog, I already went 5 days without posting. Well, I kinda have a good reason. Yesterday–or I guess it was technically two days ago–my mom had a new baby. The funny thing is, she was the age that I am now when she had me. Three and a half years ago she had my sister, Ava, and now Ava has a little sister, too. She isn’t yet named, but my parents are putting their game faces on tomorrow and deciding.
I am never afraid to admit that I’m not a “kid person”. Most people find that kind of weird, I’ve been hearing “you’ll change when you’re older!” for twenty years now, and it still hasn’t changed. I can never see myself as being someone to have her own child, but I have a lot of fun with Ava and I will love this one just the same. I also have a new subject for photos who won’t be moving around as much as the dogs do! The blog will still be primarily dog-related, though.
